Third Party Services

Anthropic Claude API: Our AI diagnostic tool is powered by Anthropic’s Claude API. Diagnostic session content is transmitted to Anthropic’s servers to generate responses. Anthropic’s privacy policy applies to data processed through their API.

YouTube: Repair videos are embedded from YouTube. YouTube may collect data when you interact with embedded videos. Google’s privacy policy applies.

Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics for anonymized traffic analysis. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Cookies

We use cookies to maintain your diagnostic session and remember your theme preference (dark/light mode). We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Diagnostic session files are stored temporarily on our servers and are not linked to any personally identifiable information. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry.

Your Rights

Children’s Privacy
